Waterwood Artisan Hardware began in 1996, producing a small line of decorative cabinet hardware for its custom furniture division in Austin, Texas. Its goal was to create a line of high quality hand crafted rustic hardware that would compliment the designs of the finest custom furniture and kitchen cabinets. Waterwood now offers a full line of decorative solid brass kitchen, bath and furniture hardware as well as their collection of distinctive doorbell covers, doorbell chimes and switch plates. Waterwood Hardware is distributed through its network of national and international distributors. Their products can be found in High end Hardware stores, Kitchen and Bath showrooms, Lighting Showrooms and Builder Hardware Showrooms. Owners Ben Hummell and William Stack and their staff still have their headquarters in Austin, Texas and continue to design and develop distinctive decorative hardware for their discerning customers.
